About
MSL therapy is beneficial for all, but crucial for some.
Multisensory Structured Language (MSL) therapy is an evidence-based instructional approach that is explicit, systematic and cumulative. The use of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic-tactile pathways simultaneously enhance memory, communication skills and learning of written language.
Individualised supports aim to develop functional communication skills, including reading, writing and spelling, to improve a person’s independence and engagement in their community. My mission is to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
The MSL approach is accredited by the Australian Dyslexia Association (ADA).

Hi, I’m Sarah - MSL Therapist and Specialist Educator.

I am passionate about supporting individuals and their families along their learning journey. With over 15 years experience, I strive to provide a neuro-affirming environment, where each individual's needs are prioritised.
The explicit, systematic and cumulative nature of this approach provides the foundation for all learners, but in particular, those with additional learning differences, including Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, ADHD and ASD.

Individual Support
MSL Therapy sessions are specifically tailored to meet the needs of the indiviual. The one-to-one environment allows for flexibility in supports and the pace of delivery.
MSL Therapists are specifically trained to support individuals with learning differences, in particular, those with a neurodivergent profile (Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, ADHD & ASD).

Group Support
MSL small-group sessions provide an engaging and explicit environment, aimed at nurturing the development of written language. The systematic and cumulative approach empowers individuals to grow in both skills and confidence.
Please note that 'Group Support' depends on having students with similar goals.
